Dan Cronin
Director of Event Marketing

Being native Bronx Irish, Dan prides himself on his Irish heritage. His immediate family resides in the states but many of his extended family still live in Ireland — providing an ongoing creative influence through music, tradition and humor. His love of music and pop culture has served him well in the advertising, commuications and event industries.

Known for his kind heart and generous spirit Dan is the ultimate "life of the party," yet he posseses an amazingly firm foundation. He enjoys the "scene" but also is a dedicated family man with a few fine pups of his own.

As Director of Event Marketing, Dan not only generates the enthusiasm behind our clients parties, soires and corporate functions, but he also possesses the daring spirit to help each and every event grow to its ultimate potential.

Prior to his role with Full Tank Media, Dan co-founded and helped grow The Hair O' the Dog into one of the Northeast's largest and most recognized black tie events, attracting top-name sponsors and thousands of high demographic attendees each year.


Robert E. Estupinian

Robert is a management and marketing expert with more than 20 years of real world entrepreneurial experience.

During the last two decades Robert has built, lead and developed top performing teams of professionals across the United States. Robert's diverse background includes working with individual business owners and start-ups to multi-million dollar national corporations in assisting them to achieve extraordinary results. Robert has led these organizations to drive business growth, penetrate new markets, and amplify their brand awareness.

By combining the latest developments in advance business techniques with state of the art marketing strategies Robert has helped organizations achieve what they previously thought was the impossible. Whether you are looking to develop a strategic marketing plan, expand your market through direct response techniques, or increase the effectiveness of your public relations campaign, Robert can help take you and your business where you want to go.

Robert earned his bachelor's degree from the University of the Pacific, his master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix and JD from Lincoln Law School of San Jose. His professional designations include: CME (Certified Marketing Executive), and RFC (Registered Financial Consultant).


David J. Kotz

David is a Wall Street Veteran serving first with The Chase Manhattan Private Bank as a relationship manager for their Corporate Executive Unit, then with Spencer Trask Ventures as a Senior Vice President working on a venture capital fund, and most immediately with Merrill Lynch as a Senior Financial Advisor. He has formal training from the University of Vermont with a BS degree in Entrepreneurial Science.

Currently David is the Managing Director of Tempewick Wealth Management’s asset management division located in Far Hills, NJ. There he works with business owners, corporate executives and municipalities to help increase wealth using retirement strategies (401(k), 403(b), 412(i), SEP, SIMPLE, IRA and other plans. He then works with the participants to manage the individual accounts using creative strategies, including Accelerated Return Notes.

David is a Registered Investment Advisor Reprehensive, Certified Retirement Planning Counselor and an Accredited Retirement Planning Consultant. He also holds several securities licenses, FINRA Series 7, 63, 65. He is licensed by NJ, PA and NY as an Insurance Producer.

David lives in Far Hills, NJ with his wife and two children, where he is an active volunteer Firefighter / EMT with the local fire department. David is also a 20-plus year member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary where (as you can see from his photo) he conducts safety patrols of New York Harbor.


Rob Molinaro

Rob is known for his organization, determination and discipline. Bringing with him the values instilled by his first generation Italian family, Rob provides the driving consistency that has helped each of his ventures reach its maximum potential.

Rob has spent better part of the past two decades using his sales, marketing and management expertise to grow both a telecommunications consulting firm and an event planning and marketing company into two of the Philadelphia-area's leading players in their respective fields.

His love of good times and passion for integrity creates the persistence that has helped drive his pursuit of quality for all of his endeavors.

Other members of the Full Tank Media may get the credit as the creative forces behind the scenes. Rob, on the other hand, unquestionably serves as the operational genius — managing the minutia of each project — overseeing both the big picture and the smallest of details not only for our clients, but Full Tank Media as well.
